In 2024 the United States of Birmingham was formed with a Treaty of Friendship between Birmingham and the other Birminghams of North America. As the Lord Mayor’s chosen ambassador, Joe Lycett undertook this historic mission, creating a formal network of Birminghams celebrating our historical ties, as filmed for Sky series ‘Joe Lycett’s United States of Birmingham’.    These images feature the Birminghams and their respective Brummies, that make up the USB.
